PERSONAL INJURY CLAIMS HANDLER/PARALEGAL with technical experience (both pursuing and defending) from low value through to large loss/complex road traffic personal injury claims handling from intimation to settlement. Experience of managing a team of personal injury claims handlers, building individual strengths and motivating team members. Setting individual targets and providing 1-2-1 feedback, coaching, mentoring to ensure delivery of outstanding service to customers/gaining customer satisfaction.
