LITIGATION EXECUTIVE who has gained over 5 years’ experience within a firm of loss adjusters and a variety of legal firms. Current caseload consists of pre/post- litigated holiday travel claims and industrial disease claims which is predominantly fast track, however does have some multi-track matters. Has experience of running files from inception to trial, including preparing and issuing all court proceedings such as drafting Particulars of Claim and witness statements, making various applications, preparing pre-trial checklists and trial bundles, conducting case management conferences, application hearings, preliminary trials and negotiating settlement of claims. Has built a strong rapport with engineers, medical experts and Counsel.

Applicant Qualifications

Graduate Diploma in Law. BA (Hons) in Law & Business 2:1.
