CLAIMS SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR with 15 years general insurance experience gained within insurer and legal environments, with earlier career spent within the telecommunications sector. Initially handled travel insurance claims before moving to a home emergency company validating and assessing claims details, booking technician visits and managing the diary system. More recently has been responsible for setting up and administering road traffic accident claims.
