CLAIMS ADJUSTER who has gained over 12 years’ experience in investigating and processing claims. Effectively manages a high caseload of claims from cradle to grave. Accurately assesses and evaluates the claims against policy liability, reserve calculations and settlement values, in accordance with handling authority. Ensures all incoming calls and correspondence enquiries are handled in an efficient, expedient and customer focussed way, providing the customer with a professional service at all times. Identifies complaints and recognises customer expressions of dissatisfaction to ensure such customers issues are handled or escalated in a timely, accurate manner.
