MOTOR CLAIMS HANDLER who has gained over 5 years’ experience within a variety of legal firms. Has a range of legal work experience in insurance, personal injury and liability. Currently responsible for dealing with claims on behalf of commercial clients with main duties involving dealing with cases where liability is in dispute along with a large number of cases involving credit hire. In respect of the disputed cases, main duties involve making liability investigations (either with policyholders, third party representatives and any witnesses, if available) before coming to a decision in respect of liability.
