CLAIMS MANAGER who has gained experience within the insurance industry. Currently manages a small team, with a delegated authority for claims of £4,000. Within this delegated authority, deals with household and commercial claims and also deals with the major clients and large claims. This includes employers’ liability, major total loss motor claims and high value commercial claims. Regularly attends large client renewals to provide detailed updates on the claims process and to deal with claims queries. Claims dealt with include mobile phone claims, third party injury claims, employers liability claims, ranging from slips and trips to major accidents and motor claims.

Certificate of the Chartered Insurance Institute.
