PROPERTY CLAIMS HANDLER who has gained experience within a variety of roles, more recently within a leading insurance company. Currently deals with claims at both FNOL and AD stage (new and existing), making sure that policy holders when setting up a claim and going through their claim are having a smooth journey and that all information is up to date. At FNOL stage, takes all valid information to be able to determine cover is in place and then sets the claim up by appointing the appropriate vendors so that the appropriate works are being outlaid to have a successful claim process and customer experience. Also takes existing claim queries which could be anything from general updates to full settlement on a claim. Has been rewarded on multiple occasions for her contribution to the fraud department and her referrals that have been logged, saving the company a large amount of money.
