LAW GRADUATE who has gained invaluable skills and experience from working full time in a professional office environment and studying the LPC part time. The majority of studies have been commercially focused, although also holds a keen interest in property and probate. Work experience has included working with the planning team, carrying out legal research and creating case notes relevant to the team’s ongoing files. Reading through and researching fracking in order to assist a partner in providing a quote on the decision to allow Shale Gas development. Whilst working at another law firm, assisted the fee earners with data entry and the preparation of client files. Prepared quantum assessments using knowledge of Lawtel and quickly familiar with the JSB Guidelines. Assisted in preparing Claim Notification Forms and Schedules of Loss using a case management system.
