PROPERTY CLAIMS ADJUSTER who has gained extensive experience within loss adjusting and insurance environments. Has dealt with a variety of insurance including domestic and commercial claims, damage assessment, motor claims handling and personal injury. As a loss adjuster, has been involved in financial control of losses, liability assessment and providing a high level of customer service within agreed service level agreements and key performance indicators. Until recently, investigated, managed and resolved a variety of domestic claims (95%) and commercial claims (5%) from cradle to grave up to £100,000. Worked within a team 10 adjusters and carried out between 10 and 15 losses per week.

Applicant Qualifications

Certificate of the Chartered Insurance Institute. Certificate of Proficiency. BDMA Qualified.
