SOLICITOR/CLAIMS TECHNICIAN who has gained 4½ years’ experience within a variety of legal firms. Until recently, was responsible for proactively managing a portfolio of claims from inception through to resolution. Has the ability to deal with deadlines as and when they arise along with the ability to prioritise a complex and heavy workload. Assessing and securing the correct funding for the client. Securing medical reports if not delivered within Service Level Agreement including adherence to the internal escalation process when required. Able to obtain client’s completed Schedule of Loss including documentary evidence in support of the claim for special damages. Able to secure interim payments from the third party insurer when required.

Masters of Law & Legal Practice (MLP). LLB Law (Hons).
