SALES TEAM LEADER/COMMERCAL SALES EXEC with over 10 years’ experience of team leading and management - 5 years’ experience working in the insurance industry covering both commercial and personal policies. Successful account management history and vastly experienced in working in regulated environments. Experience working in a call centre, operational delivery and brokerage environment. Excellent communication skills providing the ability to lead projects and others, professionally and effectively. Works well under pressure and always perform duties with a high degree of skill and competence. A strong leader and capable of influencing both operational and strategic decisions in the service and operational delivery sector.
