Currently working as an active volunteer at alocal Citizens Advice office where the training has included modules in handling sensitive information, case management systems and a number of legal issues, ranging from immigration to consumer rights. Additionally, drafted letters to clients enclosing invoices and documents for consideration as well as a range of other materials. Observed a range of client interviews across a variety of matters. Reviewed files across a range of areas, including Employment, Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence as well as Wills and Probate.
