Consistently achieves sales targets and enjoys building rapport with customers, designers and stores. Deals with customers, studio and designer queries via phone and email. Finds a resolution quickly and as a result, is able to work in a logical and organised manner. Trains new staff members who join the Inbound Team and consolidates weekly sales figures which are sent to management within the company and key contacts within their biggest distributing partner.
