Currently responsible for taking calls directly from customers for notification of claims for vehicles, agricultural and farming machinery. Sets up credit hire and MOJ claims via portals and liaises with customer to achieve early settlement Conducts interviews with policy holders in relation to recently fire damaged or stolen vehicles to establish possible fraudulent activities.
