THIRD PARTY SPECIALIST who currently deals with all new incoming Third Party Claims adhering to strict SLA time scales. Ensures all claims are investigated to the highest standard whilst checking for fraud indicators and large losses. Assesses all aspects of the Third Party Claim in order to pass to the correct handling team. Prior to this role, whilst working in the Broking Division, dealt with a variety of different claims which included Home, Motor, Personal Injury, Liability and Commercial. Liaised with clients, insurers and Third Parties to ensure a smooth claims handling process, worked to weekly targets, processed invoices and managed own case load of claims.
