SENIOR LIABILITY ADJUSTER who has gained 19 years’ experience within a variety of claims roles. Currently provides a claims investigation service on both a cradle to grave and investigate and report only basis, in respect of EL, PL, products and non-negligent liability damage.  Has a caseload of both fast track and multi-track cases with a 50/50 split between third party property damage and injury cases. Claims include those arising from hot works, tunnel boring, mechanical and engineering work, general construction activities, manufacturing, haulage and transport activities and foundry work. Handles losses in excess of £100,000.

Applicant Qualifications

Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute, Associate of the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters, LPC, BA (Hons) 2:1.
