COUNTER FRAUD MANAGER with vast experience in the motor insurance industry including fraud, personal injury, large loss and Claimant/Defendant litigation. Role involves providing the Counter Fraud area strategic direction and guidance on Best Practice as well as influencing the claims handling processes for cases identified where there is a risk of fraud. Responsible for overseeing technical development of staff nationwide, from trainee investigator to Team Leader. Compiling and delivering numerous training packages covering all areas of claims handling with specialism in fraud. Completion of internal interdepartmental audits and audits of external legal suppliers, delivery of results and business development activities.
