CLAIMS SPECIALIST who has gained 18 years industry experience. Currently responsible for Accident & Health, Life, CI and Income Protection claims handling, allocating and authorising of work and training other claims assessors. Regularly assesses claims of £10k to £250k and has a personal authorisation level of £25k. Assessing gathered information against policy wordings, exclusions and referring to previous cases or FOS and regulatory guidance where necessary.

Applicant Qualifications

Certificate of the Chartered Insurance Institute. Foundation Insurance Test. Accredited Product Professional. BA (Hons) 2:2.
