PERSONAL LINES UNDERWRITING & PRODUCT MANAGER underwriting, account management, business development and product delivery management experience of Motor, Home, Pet, Travel & Roadside Assistant products. Strong stakeholder management and client facing skills. Technically sound with a good relationship with regulators. High level client/stakeholder management skills of in-house and third-party suppliers, partner and brokers, plus high level scheme tender/bid management plus in depth contract negations. Extensive experience in managing teams, carrying out technical training and developing staff. Strong understanding of industry regulations, ABI, FCA and FOS rulings.
