CLAIMS HANDLER who has worked within the insurance industry for over 1 year within both the broking and claims sectors. Currently responsible for providing a smooth and effective claims handling experience for many different clients. Responsible for clients’ vehicles being recovered from the scene of incidents, closely monitoring repairs for their vehicles and also the delivery of total loss cases. Works with multiple different clients all requiring different needs and their specific SLA's.
