REPAIR ADVISER (SUBSIDENCE) responsible for efficiently progressing and completing subsidence insurance claims and providing first class customer service. Specialising in the peril of building subsidence aim is to restore customers’ situation to that prior to their claims. An effective communicator deals with contractors, customers and loss adjusters. Possesses over 13 years of experience in banking. Recognition awards received for excellent customer service. Likes the investigative nature of working in query resolution and this in turn gives an eye for detail, intelligent decision making attributes, excellent prioritising and time management skills. Also has an ability to meet quality targets whilst keeping productivity at a high level.
