Has identified compliance deficiencies using extensive knowledge of rules and regulations, dealt with complex compliance and operations related enquiries. Has previously executed a compliance awareness programme; provided effective training and conveyed rules and regulatory changes to colleagues, generated reports, compliance audit, implemented key policies and drive operational compliance with regulations.
