IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR/PA & OFFICE MANAGER with a wealth of experience working within an insurance environment and has knowledge of general insurance products including Life Assurance & Critical Illness. Also has insurance claims handling experience. As a PA supported a team, arranging appointments, organising diaries, preparing files and reports. As Claims handler, handled complex claims, liaised with clients, loss adjusters, engineers, approved repairers and the regional claims team. Has excellent complaints handling experience dealing with complaints from receipt through to resolution.
