PARALEGAL (REAL ESTATE) who has gained experience within two legal firms. Currently liaises with an agent acting on behalf of a bank, involved with disposing of branches from pre-contract to post-completion, both private treaty and auction matters. Handles a full range of property matters which includes disposition of properties from the outset to post-completion, both auction and private treaty matters. Also carries out searches on Land Registry, locating titles and ensuring they are clean as a pre-disposition check. This involves removing historic leases, mortgages, charges etc. Liaises with both agents, clients and other legal professionals both within and out of the company.

Applicant Qualifications

Legal Practice Course & Masters (LPC LLM) Distinction. LLB 2:1.
