- SUBSIDENCE TRIAGE ADMINISTRATOR/INSURANCE CLAIMS SUPERVISOR who has gained over 5 years experience within claims and administrative roles working within a Loss Adjusting and Home Emergency Claims Environment.
- Currently works within the Subsidence Team assisting with setting up new losses from Insurance Companies. Liaises with brokers/managing agents and third parties in terms of the claim. Handles inbound and outbound service calls by providing accurate and complete information. Arranges Loss Adjuster Appointments and obtains advice from loss adjusters on complex cases.
- Prior to this role a Home Emergency Insurance Supervisor and worked as part of the First Notification of Loss team where logged claims from the policyholder who had a home emergency, assisted with policyholders emergencies and logged the details onto the system. Also booked appointments with engineers, handled complaints as was a senior member of staff and handled escalations.
