• Experienced in managing a portfolio of commercial clients with premium levels up to £15,000 with a retention rate of 75%. 
• Has handled a range of products including cyber liability, employers and public liability, professional indemnity, excess layers as well as commercial combined and fleet insurances. 
• Joined current employer in 2020 as a vehicle administrator within the automotive sector. 
• Also has a vast amount of commercial claims experience dealing with property, liability and motor and had delegated authority up to £25,000.

Applicant Qualifications

Certificate in Insurance. NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Management & Leadership.
