CLAIMS/CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER who has gained almost 9 years’ claims experience. In current role, sets individual targets for every staff member for each month, week and day, whilst making sure their current position against their target is tracked on a regular basis, and any issues that need addressing are done so efficiently. Delegates daily jobs to staff ensuring they are completed within the correct time frame. Works closely with location managers and regional managers. Performs under pressure in a fast-paced environment and aids fellow colleagues as and when required.
