Currently within the claims customer service department of a large insurance business, responsibilities include the training and development of agents. This includes 121’s and personal development plans based around business KPI’s and performance objectives. Manages all customer complaints that are escalated as outlined within the company's complaint handling policy and procedures to encourage a customer focused culture.
