HEAD OF FINANCE who is a commercially focused CIMA Qualified Accountant with over 30 years experience as a Finance Director of SME companies including PLC companies, managing teams ranging from 2 to 20 employees. Sector experience has mainly been in manufacturing, engineering, warehousing and logistics, construction, FMCG, printing, contracting and service industries. Has general management expertise, working closely with all Board members, driving innovative change, in order to deliver profitable growth both organically and through acquisition. Significant experience of high change/operational restructuring, implementation/improvement of systems and procedures, improving businesses commercially and operationally, arranging finance and managing relationships with all external advisers, including banks, auditors, pension advisers, solicitors, insurers and investors.
