Started with present firm in the Road Traffic Accidents/Motor Injury Department and currently works in the Employer's Liability/Accidents at Work Department (casualty claims). Acts on behalf of the Claimant and negotiates liability settlements with insurance companies. Negotiates risk-based settlements. Investigates liability, interviews Claimants and drafts their statements. Handles denied cases, assesses their prospects of success, reviews cases with barristers, manages clients’ relationships and advises clients on their compliance obligations.
