CLAIMS HANDLER who has gained over 10 years’ experience within the legal sector. Has worked for both Claimant and Defendant solicitors firms in personal injury. This has included handling own caseload and dealing with a vast array of details. Has dealt with varying caseloads from that of administrative duties to urgent court applications, working efficiently and proficiently in all cases. Until recently, dealt with Public Liability and Employer Liability claims on the MOJ Claims Portal and also with Litigants in person directly. Averaged around 350 pre-litigated cases from opening to closure which included claims from broken teeth up to broken limbs.

Applicant Qualifications

Graduate Member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. Level 6 CILEx Professional Higher Diploma in Law & Practice. Level 3 CILEx Professional Diploma in Law and Practice.
