REGIONAL SURVEYOR with over 20 years’ experience of senior level employment and long service with market leading warranty providers and approved inspectors.

A qualified construction consultant with expertise in latent defects, risk management, compliance and claims of newly constructed or refurbished buildings for residential and commercial use. Has identified and corrected shortcomings in operational surveying procedures, technical standards, policy and endorsement wordings and claims leakage. Instrumental on key changes to claims reporting and recovery practice, loss adjusting strategy and sales delivery.

Applicant Qualifications

Certificate of the Chartered Insurance Institute, Management Awareness and Insurance Fundamentals. MCIOB. MBEng. Part Time MSc Student - Studying Sustainability & Adaption. BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying 2:2.
