CLAIMS PROFESSIONAL who has gained extensive experience within the insurance industry. Currently proactively manages Total Loss, Fire and Theft claims through to payment. Provides an excellent claims handling service with minimal leakage, in accordance with company procedures and service standards ensuring that claim reserves and payments are calculated correctly and in accordance with company procedures and service standards. Investigates and resolves claims and ensures customer claims are settled in the quickest possible timescales. Monitors the Total Loss process for each claim, liaising with insured, providers, engineers and colleagues either directly or via telephone, letter, e-mails or SMS.
