- CLAIMS TECHNICIAN who has worked within the industry for almost 1 year.
- Currently undertakes end to end proactive claims management of a portfolio of claims, within a delegated limit of £100,000.
- Maintains a task diary system, processes payments and produces client reports.
- Obtains relevant documentation including repair estimates and invoices to move the claim from investigation to settlement in a swift and satisfactory manner.
- Manages relationships through strong written and verbal communications.
- Meets service level agreements and internal deadlines.
- Internal and external stakeholder engagement, including solicitors, contractors and underwriters.
