FRAUD OPERATIONS INVESTIGATOR / COUNTER FRAUD POLICY INVESTIGATOR with a wealth of experience gained within a Major Insurer in a fraud capacity and subsequently within a Banking Environment.
Currently investigates potential fraudulent applications using a mixture of credit report reviewing - Experian and Callcredit, telephone verification, device authentication and uses internal datasets.
Strong use of account management system CRM and of application platform.
