Initially commenced career handling motor insurance sales queries before moving into quality assurance in 2007. Experience of first and second line of defence monitoring within financial services, including general insurance and sub-prime lending. Has successfully created, implemented and managed monitoring frameworks, working with key stakeholders to maintain the relevance and effectiveness of reviews delivered.  Seeking a new challenge.
