CHARTERED BUILDING ENGINEER with significant experience in property surveying, defects diagnosis, subsidence, design management, contract management and stakeholder engagement.
Extensive and broad experience of commercial and residential property, writing and reviewing building survey reports and writing specifications of work, based upon the findings within the technical report.

Applicant Qualifications

MCIOB, CBuildE, MCABE, BSc Property Management.
