- COMPLAINTS HANDLER & QUALITY CHECKER who has extensive Complaints / Case Handling experience starting in 2011.
- Most recently a Complaints Handler and Quality Checker reviewing the whole complaint received from the customer about the PPI complaint based on up to date policies and procedures and remediated the complaint which was already worked before on the basis of new guidance.
- Assessed and resolved PPI disputes between consumers and financial institutions fairly and efficiently, in accordance with the appropriate processes, rules and guidance.
- As a Quality Checker, conducted case level reviews to ensure the complaint handling was producing consistently fair outcomes for customers.
