RECOVERIES SPECIALIST who has gained good Claims Handling experience within the insurance industry.
Most recently a Recoveries Specialist and prior to this a Customer Claims Advisor dealing with Motor claims from FNOL through to completion of repairs.
Gained promotion to the Recoveries Team, specialising in financial recovery from at fault third party driver.
Subrogating against and communicating with a variety of third party insurers.
Negotiates and settles claims profitably through verbal and written communication.
Manages own workload to objectives approximately 150 files a week, working to monthly target of £200k recovered.
Prior to this as Customer Claims Advisor assessed and advised on liability, managed own diary and dealt with claims from FNOL through to repair completion.

Applicant Qualifications

Certificate of the Chartered Insurance Institute. BA (Hons) 2:1.
