TRAINEE INSURANCE BROKER who is currently responsible for completing mid-term adjustments to policies, such as adding or deleting vehicles to a fleet policy. Collects card payments and processes them online (often on the Fidelipay system). Inputs figures onto month end spreadsheets so the retention rates can be analysed.  

Applicant Qualifications

Has passed IF1 of the Certificate of the Chartered Insurance Institute and is currently revising for I10.
