LAW GRADUATE - PARALEGAL / EARNER who has a wealth of experience working within legal and customer focused roles.
Experienced in conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, document management, case management and has the ability to take instructions from clients and advise on necessary courses of legal action.
Most recently a Paralegal reviewing household commercial claims, liaising and dealing with policyholders and third party Insurers.
Prior to this a Fee Earner managing a caseload in excess of 100 clients, produced written submissions to the court, liaised with other legal professionals, used the MOJ portal, made offers on fixed cost and hourly rate matters and dealt with EL/PL and part 8 matters.
