BUILDING SURVEYOR who has gained extensive experience within a variety of roles. Currently responsible for monitoring internal and external stakeholders against agreed KPI's and targets, managing budgets and ensuring quality workmanship while providing solutions throughout. Undertakes building surveys/measurements using a variety of specialist technical equipment to identify common defects within buildings. Provides technical solutions.  Seeking a new challenge to broaden his experience.

Applicant Qualifications

 Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB).  BSc Building Surveying & Architecture. FdSc Build Environment Degree.
