Has over 30 years of investigation experience and 9 years of experience in insurance claim assessment, adjustment and investigation. Full claims management, from initial investigation through to claim settlement, claim assessment and policy interpretation. Risk analysis, fraud profile and management. Is able to manage a high case load and maintain an excellent relationship with insurers and their customers. Has the proven ability to work within legislation and industry guidelines. Applicant Qualifications
Diploma in Loss Adjusting (ANZIF). Certificate IV in General Insurance & Finance (ANZIF).
