CLAIMS HANDLER who has gained 3½ years experience within the insurance industry. Initially commenced within the first response unit for over a year before moving into the motor trade team within the third party property damage department. Then moved into the mitigation department and very quickly became a Level 3 Handler dealing with high value credit hire claims. Through development of the process, claims are now settled at around 60% of the amount claimed which is an exceptional turnaround from how they initially started.  Is keen to look at the next stage in career
