Transferred into a dedicated major loss operation and presently handles 80% domestic and 20% commercial losses across the South Coast and South West producing over £200,000 in fees annually.  Enjoys working with her colleagues but there have been a number of changes and feels undervalued.  Has a genuine interest in any opportunities to enhance her career personally and professionally.
