LIABILITY ADJUSTER who has gained expertise in Employers Liability, Public Liability (third party property/personal injury), Products Liability, Motor claims, Disease claims and Agricultural Liability claims. Has handled/investigated claims valued up to £500,000 involving a variety of technical/legal complexities. Over the last 10 years, has gained valuable field adjusting experience with numerous major insurers and self-insured defendants, adhering to their varied Service Level Agreements and expectations. As a result of this approach and diligence, has received/maintained a number of handling mandates. Also trains and develop new starters.

Applicant Qualifications

Studying towards the Certificate of the Chartered Insurance Institute.
