SENIOR ASSOCIATE - ADJUSTER who has gained over 40 years’ industry experience with a depth and breadth of knowledge across many sectors. Has spent many years investigating, handling and managing personal injury claims, including those involving death and catastrophic injury. Investigation work has included writing reports, taking statements and assimilating documentary evidence before advising on liability prospects and quantum assessments. Has a wide experience of the litigation process including attendance at trials and barristers’ conferences. Has considerable experience in managing claims teams, formerly UK Claims Director and had overall responsibility for a claims staff of 40. Experienced in handling liability losses up to £500,000 through investigation only and cradle to grave. 

Applicant Qualifications

Working towards Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute.
