Applicant Profile

COMMERCIAL PIA with experience gained in the insurance and adjusting sectors. Currently handles a caseload of existing and new commercial property claims on a cradle to grave basis within a delegated authority limit of £25,000. Day to day role includes dealing with brokers, loss assessors or adjusters, policyholders, agents and third parties via face to face meetings or by telephone or written correspondence. Provides written reports to internal handlers and underwriters for claim progression to settlement. Has extensive knowledge and good composure of report writing, consistently high monthly audit scores and experience in fraud investigation. Confident in presentations and meetings. Experience of supervising and leading a team and competent in training staff, with ability to communicate at all levels.
