Working for one of the market leaders, guided clients through the process and offered streamlined, tailor made solutions to save time/money and off-setting risk on development project.In depth knowledge and understanding of the latent defects market, professional indemnity, contractors all risks and other speciality areas. Latest role involved taking on the SE region on the housing warranty insurance side, achieving a high level of latent defect sales and consistently achieving targets.

Leading sales person, successfully won high profile regeneration schemes. Key skills include: insurance, construction, new business development/strategy, account management and business planning. Previously was in charge of self-build house schemes dealing with underwriters, clients, sub-brokers and mortgage companies.
