COMPLEX FRAUD MANAGER who has gained extensive claims management and general insurance compliance knowledge and experience. Has managed the Complex Fraud Team responsible for investigating and evidencing suspect fraudulent claims, which included taking cases into litigation and liaising with dedicated defence solicitors. Identification and management of Fraud Ring investigation, training, group exposure minimisation and process changes to minimise future exposure as well as technical case management of over division reserve authority cases.
